Preamble

The "Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a contract formed between you and Photon Fox Technology Co., Ltd., the service provider. Please read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses exempting or limiting the liability of Photon Fox (hereinafter referred to as the "exemption clauses"), the clauses restricting users' rights (hereinafter referred to as the "restriction clauses"), the clauses stipulating dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction, and the separate agreements for activating or using a certain service. The aforementioned exemption, restriction, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction clauses may be highlighted with bold, color marking or other reasonable ways to draw your attention. Please read these clauses again before you agree to this Agreement or before using Photon Fox's game services.

Please read all terms of this Agreement in detail. If you agree to this Agreement, you can continue to use the game services. If you have any questions, complaints, or suggestions about this Agreement or the game services, you can contact us through customer service, telephone customer service, official email, etc. We will follow up and process it as soon as possible, and reply to your request within the time limit stipulated by laws and regulations. If you click agree, accept, or next step, or if you register or use Photon Fox's game services, it will be regarded as you have read and agreed to sign this Agreement.

If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement under the supervision of a legal guardian, and you can only use Photon Fox's game services after obtaining the consent of a legal guardian. Also, pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

I. [Game Account]
1. 1.1 If you need to use and enjoy Photon Fox's games, you need to use the account you have the right to use or other accounts recognized by Photon Fox as the game account. You need to log in to the real-name registration system and register in accordance with the relevant requirements of national laws and regulations.
  
  When you register with your real name, you should provide relevant information about your real, legal, accurate, and effective identity and other related information, and you must not register with the identity information of others.
  
  To meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and related authorities, you should provide real identity information for account registration and login.We will verify your real identity information through the Photon Fox Health System.For this purpose, you agree that we check the real-name authentication status of the account you are currently using for registration and login with the Photon Fox Health System.If the account has completed real-name authentication in the Photon Fox Health System, you further agree that the Photon Fox Health System discloses age information to us to determine whether to include the account in the anti-addiction system and what anti-addiction measures to take. At the same time, you agree that we submit your name and ID number to the National Unified Minor Network Game Electronic Identity Authentication System for real identity verification through the Photon Fox Health System.
  
  If the account has not completed real-name authentication in the Photon Fox Health System, we cannot provide services to you. If you still wish to use our products and services, you should complete real-name authentication for the account you are currently using for registration and login in the Photon Fox Health System. During the real-name authentication process, Photon Fox Health System will collect your real identity information (including name and ID number).
  
  At the same time, for the purpose of verifying authenticity, the Photon Fox Health System may, according to the minor protection policy, occasionally require you to further provide other sensitive personal information (including mobile phone numbers, photos, or facial recognition information, etc.) during the process of real-name authentication of the account you are currently using for registration and login or during the process of logging in to the game and using the game services with an account that has completed real-name authentication. This information will be compared with your real-name information record in the Photon Fox Health System, the real-name information record at the telecom operator's, or the data source on the public security authority data platform. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information or fail the comparison, you may not be able to continue using our products and services or be limited. The facial recognition-related verification data is only used for comparison with the data source on the public security authority data platform after encryption, and we will not keep it.
  
  When you register an account or use Photon Fox's game services, if it is found that your account may involve fraudulent anomalies or risks, Photon Fox has the right to re-verify your account according to relevant laws and regulations, and depending on the risk, may take measures such as rectification within a time limit, function restriction, suspension of use, account closure, prohibition of re-registration, and other disposal measures stipulated in this Agreement.
2. 1.2 You further acknowledge and agree that you may not be able to recharge or consume in the game or use the follow-up comment service (including in-game communication, group chat, chat room, etc.) in guest mode. Once you uninstall or reinstall the Photon Fox game, or replace your phone, computer or other terminal devices, or if such terminal devices are damaged, all game-related data in this guest mode may be cleared, and cannot be queried and recovered. You should bear any losses caused by this.
3. 1.2 You further acknowledge and agree that you may not be able to recharge or consume in the game or use the follow-up comment service (including in-game communication, group chat, chat room, etc.) in guest mode. Once you uninstall or reinstall the Photon Fox game, or replace your phone, computer or other terminal devices, or if such terminal devices are damaged, all game-related data in this guest mode may be cleared, and cannot be queried and recovered. You should bear any losses caused by this.
4. 1.3 You fully understand and agree that Photon Fox will apply your real-name registration information (including related real-name authentication and age situation, etc.) to the anti-addiction system in accordance with national requirements, that is, Photon Fox will judge whether you are over 18 years old, whether your submitted real-name identity information is standard, or whether real-name verification has passed, etc., based on your real-name registration information, and then decide whether to limit your game account with anti-addiction measures.
5. 1.4 You fully understand and agree that Photon Fox has the right to verify the authenticity and validity of the identity information provided by users during registration in accordance with legal requirements, and should actively take reasonable technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and effectiveness of user accounts; users have an obligation to properly safeguard their account and password, and use their account and password correctly and safely. If it is found that your account may have abnormal circumstances or risks, Photon Fox has the right to re-verify your account according to relevant laws and regulations . If either party fails to fulfill the above obligations resulting in loss of account password, account theft, etc., causing damage to the civil rights of the user and others, they should bear the legal responsibility arising therefrom.
6. 1.5 In cases where Photon Fox games provide the function of account cancellation, if you need to cancel the game account, you can operate according to the account cancellation guide provided by the official game, and should ensure that you meet the relevant conditions for game account cancellation announced by the official game, and agree to the game account cancellation agreement and other relevant rules announced by the official game.
  
  At the same time, we would like to remind you that if you cancel the game account, the game's virtual props and other value-added services under this game account (for convenience of description, also collectively referred to as "game earnings") will also be cleared. Therefore, before you cancel this game account, please ensure that the game earnings under this game account have been properly handled or the related game earnings have been settled. Once you cancel this game account, if there are still game earnings under this game account at that time (including but not limited to game virtual props and other game value-added services that have been generated but are not yet expired or used during the use of this game, and future potential game earnings), it is deemed that you voluntarily give up such game earnings. Photon Fox has the right to clear all game earnings under this game account, and you should bear the consequences arising therefrom. The aforementioned game earnings include but are not limited to: game membership rights, levels; all data related to the growth and upgrade of game characters (including but not limited to experience points, honor points, prestige points, titles, etc.); unused game virtual props (such as cards, gold coins, diamonds and others); other value-added services that have been purchased but not expired or used up; other game earnings that have been generated but not consumed, or future expected game earnings, etc.
II. [User Information Collection, Use and Protection]
1. 2.1 You agree and authorize Photon Fox to collect your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. During your use of Photon Fox's game services, Photon Fox will collect information that you actively provide or generate due to the use of services in accordance with the methods stipulated in the User Agreement and specific game privacy policy (if any), in order to provide and optimize our services for you and ensure the security of your account.
2. 2.2 If Photon Fox pushes various information such as activity information, promotional information about Photon Fox games to you, the collection and use of your personal information will follow the privacy policy (if any).
3. 2.3 You acknowledge and agree that if the state authorities require Photon Fox to assist in investigating your game account (including real-name identity information) and game-related data (such as recharge, consumption, transaction data, etc.) or restrict or freeze your game account in accordance with laws and regulations, Photon Fox can provide the aforementioned information to the state authorities or restrict or freeze it as required.
4. 2.4 You should fully respect any personal information, including but not limited to other users, that you learn, receive or can come into contact with through Photon Fox games and related services. You should not collect, copy, store, disseminate or use other users' personal information in any other way, otherwise, you should bear the consequences arising therefrom.
5. 2.5 Protecting users' personal information and privacy is a fundamental principle of Photon Fox. The Photon Fox game service will follow the user agreement and specific game privacy policy (if any) and other agreement regulations for the collection, use, and protection of user personal information. If you have agreed that Photon Fox will handle your personal information according to the aforementioned agreement or regulations and then withdraw your consent, according to the law, withdrawing your consent does not affect the effectiveness of the personal information processing activities carried out based on your consent before the withdrawal.
III. 【Game Service】
1. 3.1 Under the premise that you comply with this agreement and relevant laws and regulations, Photon Fox grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Photon Fox game service. You may only use the Photon Fox game service for non-commercial purposes, including:
  1. (1) Receiving, downloading, installing, starting, upgrading, logging in, displaying, running and/or screenshotting Photon Fox games;
  2. (2) Creating game characters, setting up nicknames, checking game rules, user personal information, game results, setting up game rooms, setting game parameters, purchasing and using game virtual props in the game, using chat functions, social sharing functions;
  3. (3) Using other specific functions supported and allowed by Photon Fox games.
2. 3.2 You shall not record, broadcast or distribute Photon Fox game content to others in any way without the permission of Photon Fox during the use of Photon Fox game service, including but not limited to not using any third-party software for online live streaming, dissemination, etc.
3. 3.3 In the case of Photon Fox games provided in software form, you should also comply with the provisions of Article 4 of this agreement on software licensing when using Photon Fox games and Photon Fox game services.
4. 3.4 All other rights not explicitly authorized in this clause and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by Photon Fox, and you must obtain written permission from Photon Fox when exercising these rights.
5. 3.5 If you violate any agreement of this agreement, Photon Fox has the right to take one or more of the handling measures stipulated in the second paragraph of Article 5.5 of this agreement and can publish the handling results, and (/or) has the right to require you to compensate for all losses caused to Photon Fox due to your breach of contract.
6. 3.6 You fully understand and agree that Photon Fox has the right to handle behaviors that violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any users who violate laws and regulations, and save relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. In the process of providing you with Photon Fox game service, if clues or risk information involving fraud and illegal crimes are discovered, Photon Fox has the right to transfer them to relevant departments such as public security, finance, telecommunications, and cyberspace according to the relevant national regulations, based on the type and degree of fraud risk.
7. 3.7 You fully understand and agree that if you violate this agreement or the provisions of related service terms, leading to or resulting in any claims, demands, or losses claimed by third parties, you shall bear the responsibility independently; if Photon Fox suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate for it.
8. 3.8 You fully understand and agree that game virtual props and other game value-added services are part of the Photon Fox game service, and Photon Fox is granting you the right to use them under this agreement. Your purchase and use of game virtual props and other game value-added services should follow the requirements of this agreement and specific game rules. At the same time, game virtual props and other game value-added services may be subject to a certain validity period. Even if you do not use them within the specified validity period, except for force majeure or reasons attributable to Photon Fox, they will automatically expire once the validity period is reached. If the relevant game virtual props and other game value-added services do not have a marked usage period, or the marked usage period is "permanent" or contains content with the same or similar meaning to "permanent" (such as "unlimited", "unrestricted", etc.), then the usage period is from the day you obtain the game virtual props or other game value-added services until the day the game ends operation.
  
  You fully understand and agree: to better provide users with the Photon Fox game service, Photon Fox has the right to adjust, update, or optimize game-related content (including but not limited to the design, performance, and related numerical settings of game virtual props, etc.).
9. 3.9 You fully understand and agree: to ensure the security of your game account, to create a fair, healthy and safe gaming environment, during your use of the Photon Fox game service, without violating relevant laws and regulations, Photon Fox can use technical means to understand the random access memory of your terminal device and the relevant programs running simultaneously with the Photon Fox game. Once any unauthorized programs that harm the normal operation of the Photon Fox game service are discovered, Photon Fox can take reasonable measures to combat them.
10. 3.10 You acknowledge and agree that, in the event of any of the following circumstances, Photon Fox has the right to include your game account in the corresponding anti-addiction system and take corresponding anti-addiction measures:
  1. (1) The system determines that you are under 18 years old; or
  2. (2) The real-name identity information you submitted is not standardized; or
  3. (3) Your real-name verification has not been passed; or
  4. (4) Visitor mode login; or
  5. (5) Other situations required by national laws, regulations, policies or Photon Fox has reasonable grounds to believe need to be included in the anti-addiction system.
  In addition, to further improve the accuracy of real-name authentication and to the maximum extent prevent minors from misusing others' identity information, Photon Fox may enable face recognition verification in some games or for some users, or obtain your game account information from third-party platforms, and based on minor protection strategy identify and record your gaming behavior, and judge whether the gaming behavior is consistent with the characteristics of minor gaming behavior. If Photon Fox requires you to undergo face recognition verification and you fail or refuse, Photon Fox will also include your game account in the corresponding anti-addiction system and take corresponding anti-addiction measures.
  
  For game accounts included in the corresponding anti-addiction system, Photon Fox has the right to take one or more of the following measures according to relevant national laws, regulations and policy provisions, provisions of other terms of this agreement, Photon Fox game operation strategy or at the reasonable request of your legal guardian:
  1. (1) Provide information related to your game (including but not limited to your game account login information, recharge flow information, etc.) to your legal guardian, so that your legal guardian can understand your game situation in time or synchronously;
  2. (2) Limit the consumption limit of your game account;
  3. (3) Take technical measures to block certain games or certain features of the game, or limit your game time or game duration;
  4. (4) Cancel or delete your game account and related game data information;
  5. (5) Other reasonable measures that your legal guardian requests or Photon Fox believes can be taken to restrict or prohibit your use of Photon Fox games;
  6. (6) Relevant measures required by national laws, regulations or policies.
11. 3.11 Photon Fox provides game services to users as a commercial activity. Users have the right to decide whether or not to pay the corresponding fees according to the fee items (including but not limited to the right to use in-game virtual items and accept other value-added services, etc.) and fee standards determined by Photon Fox in order to obtain the corresponding game services. If you do not pay the corresponding fees according to the corresponding standards, you will not be able to obtain the corresponding game services.
  
  You acknowledge and agree: The change and adjustment of the fee items or fee standards is a normal commercial activity. You may not demand compensation or compensation from Photon Fox due to the change or adjustment of the fee items or fee standards.
  
  You acknowledge and agree that if you use legal currency to recharge the game and purchase or exchange in-game virtual items and other value-added services, the in-game virtual items and other value-added services you purchase or exchange cannot be returned or exchanged for legal currency, unless otherwise required by law.

12. 3.12 Under any circumstances, Photon Fox is not responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of force majeure while using Photon Fox's game services. Such force majeure events include but are not limited to national laws, regulations, policies and orders and other government actions, or other unpredictable, unavoidable and insurmountable events such as earthquakes, floods, snow disasters, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc.
13. 3.13 Photon Fox games may experience anomalies in your account data or game data, such as in-game virtual items, due to game software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks or any other factors. Before the cause of the data anomaly is identified, Photon Fox has the right to temporarily freeze the game account; if it is identified that the data anomaly was caused by abnormal gaming behavior, Photon Fox has the right to restore the game account data to its original state before the anomaly occurred (including retrieving transferred data from third parties) without any liability to you. If the data anomaly is caused by your illegal or irregular behavior or behavior in violation of this agreement, Photon Fox has the right to take one or more of the measures specified in the second paragraph of Article 5.5 of this agreement.
  
  You understand and agree that if the game has deployed multiple servers, in the process of game operation, in order to improve the playability and interactivity of the game and create a better game environment, Photon Fox can adjust the number of servers in a timely manner according to the number of active users in the game server, and temporarily or permanently merge or migrate users among multiple servers to the same server (i.e., "server merge" or "area merge").
  
  In the event of a server merge or area merge, Photon Fox will notify you through in-game announcements or other means before the merge, and will publish specific rules for the merge. The merge may cause changes in game-related settings, experiences and user-related game data such as leaderboards, but it will not adjust the functions of your in-game virtual items, as specified in the specific rules for the merge or area merge announced by the game official. If the merge results in duplicate character names, team names (if any) and other related content, the game official can randomly set new names for the duplicate content to distinguish them.
14. 3.14 Without the permission of Photon Fox, you are not allowed to trade in-game virtual items and other value-added services with other users, or to obtain in-game virtual items and other value-added services from third parties through purchase, gift acceptance or other means. Photon Fox is not responsible for third-party transactions (third-party transactions refer to your behavior of obtaining in-game virtual items and other value-added services from third parties through purchase, gift acceptance or other means) and does not accept complaints arising from any disputes over third-party transactions.
15. 3.15 You fully understand that there are objective circumstances of incompatibility between different operating systems, which are not caused by Photon Fox. This may result in your recharges and game data in one operating system not being smoothly transferred to another operating system. The risk of recharge loss and game data loss caused by your switching between different systems should be borne by you, and Photon Fox bears no responsibility for this.
16. 3.16 You fully understand that: there may be compulsory battle zones or gameplays in the Photon Fox Games. If you do not agree with the compulsory battle, please do not enter the game or game area; your entry will be considered as agreement to this gameplay and acceptance of the corresponding consequences.
17. 3.17 When Photon Fox decides to terminate the operation of Photon Fox Games or when Photon Fox Games are terminated for any other reason, Photon Fox will handle the related matters of game termination in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country regarding the termination of online games to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users.
IV. 【Software License】
1. 4.1 Using Photon Fox Games services may require downloading and installing related software. You can obtain the software directly from Photon Fox's related websites, or from third parties authorized by Photon Fox. If you obtain Photon Fox Games or games with the same name as Photon Fox Games from third parties not authorized by Photon Fox, it will be considered that you have not obtained Photon Fox's authorization, and Photon Fox cannot guarantee that the game can be used normally, and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you.
2. 4.2 Photon Fox may have developed different versions of software for different terminal devices or operating systems, including but not limited to windows, ios, android, Nintendo Switch, and other application versions. You should choose to download and install the appropriate version according to the actual situation. After downloading the installation program, you need to install it correctly according to the steps prompted by the program.
3. 4.3 If the Photon Fox game is provided in software form, Photon Fox gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You can only download, install, log in, and use this Photon Fox game on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
4. 4.4 To provide better and safer services, Photon Fox may recommend you to install other software during the software installation, and you can choose to install or not install.
5. 4.5 If you no longer need to use the software or need to install a new version, you can uninstall it yourself. If you are willing to help Photon Fox improve its product and service, please inform us of the reason for uninstallation.
6. 4.6 To ensure the security and consistency of the functions of the Photon Fox Games service, Photon Fox has the right to update the software, or change or restrict the effects of some functions of the software.
7. 4.7 After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. Photon Fox does not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available and the corresponding customer service, please check and download the latest version at any time.
V.【User Behavior Standards】
1. 5.1 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your game account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom.
2. 5.2 In addition to using the Photon Fox Games service in accordance with the agreement of this agreement, you may not engage in any behavior that infringes on the intellectual property rights of Photon Fox Games, or other behaviors that harm the legal rights and interests of Photon Fox or other third parties.
3. 5.3 You must comply with laws and regulations when using Photon Fox Games or Photon Fox Games services, and may not use Photon Fox Games or Photon Fox Games services to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to the following actions:
  1. (1) Violating the basic principles established by the constitution;
  2. (2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
  3. (3) Damaging the honor and interests of the nation;
  4. (4) Distorting, vilifying, blaspheming, denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and insulting, defaming, or otherwise infringing on the name, portrait, reputation, and honor of heroes and martyrs;
  5. (5) Advocating terrorism, extremism or inciting the implementation of terrorist activities, extremist activities;
  6. (6) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, or disrupting ethnic unity;
  7. (7) Undermining national religious policies, advocating heresies and feudal superstitions;
  8. (8) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and social stability;
  9. (9) Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrifying or crime-inciting information;
  10. (10) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon others' reputation, privacy, and other legal rights and interests;
  11. (11) Violating social morality;
  12. (12) Other contents are prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national provisions.
  You are not allowed to use Photon Fox Games or Photon Fox Game Services to create, copy, and publish bad information containing the following contents:
  1. (1) Using exaggerated titles that severely mismatch the content;
  2. (2) Hype scandals, disgraces, and misdeeds;
  3. (3) Improper comments on natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
  4. (4) Contains sexual innuendos, teasing, or other content that may induce sexual thoughts;
  5. (5) Displaying bloody, thrilling, cruel content that may cause physical and mental discomfort;
  6. (6) Inciting group discrimination, regional discrimination, etc;
  7. (7) Advocating vulgar, banal, and flattering content;
  8. (8) Content that may induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviors, violate social morality, or develop bad habits;
  9. (9) Other content that negatively impacts the internet ecology.
4. 5.4 Unless permitted by law or by written permission from Photon Fox, you are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors:
  1. (1) Removing information about copyright on the game software and its copies;
  2. (2) Performing reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, or attempting to discover the source code or other confidential content of the software in any other way, including but not limited to game elements that Photon Fox has not yet actively displayed but has sealed in the game installation package;
  3. (3) Scanning, probing, testing the game software to detect, discover, find potential bugs or weaknesses;
  4. (4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking up to run or create any derivative works from the game software or data released into any terminal memory during the software operation, interactive data between client and server during software operation, and system data necessary for software operation. This includes but is not limited to using plug-ins, cheats or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems;
  5. (5) Modifying or forging instructions, data during software operation, increasing, deleting, changing the functionality or operational effects of the software, or operating or disseminating to the public software, methods for the above purposes, whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes or not.
  6. (6) Use, create, publish, or disseminate third-party software, plug-ins, cheats, or systems that are not developed or authorized by Photon Fox, for the use of Photon Fox games and services.
  7. (7) Use, rent, loan, copy, modify, link, reproduce, compile, publish, or create mirror sites for content that Photon Fox owns intellectual property rights to in the game.
  8. (8) Create mirror sites for Photon Fox games, or take webpage snapshots, or set up servers to provide services identical or similar to those of Photon Fox game services to others.
  9. (9) Separate any part of Photon Fox's games for individual use, or use it in ways that violate this Agreement.
  10. (10) Use, modify, or cover the name, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of Photon Fox games.
  11. (11) Other behaviors not expressly authorized by Photon Fox.
  If there is a network platform on Photon Fox games where multiple users can communicate game information online, users should obey laws and regulations, this Agreement and the rules set by Photon Fox for the platform ("Platform Rules"), and should not use the platform to create, copy, publish, or disseminate information prohibited by laws, regulations, or national provisions.
  
  If a user ("Creator") is able to create their own game discussion section according to the Platform Rules, and allows other users to create, copy, publish, or disseminate information content in that section, the Creator and manager (i.e., other users designated by the Creator as managers) should manage the section responsibly, and regulate the network behavior and information publication in the section according to laws and regulations, this Agreement, and Platform Rules. The Creator and manager should regulate the behavior of other users in the section, promptly stop illegal and rule-breaking activities in the section's content, and take responsibility for actions taken using the management authority of the section. For Creators and managers who fail to fulfill their management responsibilities and cause illegal or unhealthy information content in the game discussion section, Photon Fox will take measures such as warnings, information deletion, restriction or suspension of the use of the game discussion section function, permanent closure of the game discussion section, or any other measure stipulated in section 5.5, paragraph 2 of this Agreement, according to the specific situation..5条第二款规定的一种或多种处理措施。
5. 5.5 If you engage in any of the following behaviors (also referred to as "illegal and rule-breaking behaviors") during the use of Photon Fox game services, Photon Fox has the right to, depending on the severity, take one or multiple measures specified in paragraph 2 of this section according to this Agreement and relevant game rules, and may publicly announce the result:
  1. (1) The behavior of using or uploading illegal or inappropriate words, characters, and other content in Photon Fox games, including for character naming.
  2. (2) Damaging Photon Fox games or affecting the normal operation of Photon Fox game services in any way, including but not limited to:
    1. 1) The behavior of breaking rules and/or maliciously registering or logging into the game, including but not limited to bulk registration of game accounts and logging into the game in ways that disrupt server authentication or maliciously overcrowd servers.
    2. 2) Maliciously implementing actions that may cause the game server to crash, lag, or cause other players to disconnect or delay, such as using DDOS to attack the game server or other players' network traffic.
    3. 3) Taking advantage of game vulnerabilities to gain benefits, disrupt the game environment, or negatively impact other players.
    4. 4) Negatively affecting the gaming experience of other users, including but not limited to maliciously harming or killing teammates, maliciously forming teams, intentionally losing points, hanging up or running away, deliberately feeding, and other negative gaming behaviors that damage the player's gaming experience.
    5. 5) Other behaviors where the game data performance is abnormal and affects the fairness of Photon Fox games.
  3. (3) Using various private servers and cheat behaviors.
  4. (4) Using game synchronizers (specifically including but not limited to using keyboard, mouse and other hardware synchronizers, so that a set of keyboard and mouse can be used to control multiple computers to play the game simultaneously), and using other various hardware that can make your game efficiency or benefit data perform abnormally (including but not limited to "clickers" and other similar cheats, collectively referred to as "cheating hardware").
  5. (5) Disseminating illegal speech or inappropriate information;
  6. (6) Stealing others' game accounts, game items;
  7. (7) Engaging in game account trading, account sharing, and other behaviors affecting account security;
  8. (8) Without the permission of Photon Fox, unauthorized transactions with other users of game virtual items and other game value-added services, or obtaining game virtual items and other game value-added services from third parties through purchase, acceptance of gifts, or other methods;
  9. (9) Recharging the game, trading discounted game items (such as purchasing discounted skins from non-Photon Fox official channels) or commissioning a third party not authorized or recognized by Photon Fox to recharge, or using third-party software not authorized or recognized by Photon Fox to recharge;
  10. (10) Implying or pretending to be an internal employee of Photon Fox or a special identity in some way, attempting to gain improper benefits or affect the rights and interests of other users;
  11. (11) Violating any agreement of this agreement, or violating any provisions of national laws and regulations;
  12. (12) Other inappropriate behaviors widely recognized in the industry, or other violations announced through game rules (including but not limited to user rules, player regulations, game announcements, prompts, and notifications).
  The measures provided in the preceding paragraph include but are not limited to:
  1. (1) Warning; and/or
  2. (2) Muting, including but not limited to game-wide muting, single-zone muting, and public channel muting; and/or
  3. (3) Content reset, including but not limited to resetting or forcibly modifying your provided or uploaded illegal nicknames, room names, pictures and other illegal information or content, etc.; and/or
  4. (4) Reduce or limit your game income, which includes but is not limited to all data related to the growth and upgrade of game characters (such as experience, honor, reputation, titles, etc.) and the acquisition of game virtual items and other game value-added services; and/or
  5. (5) Delete or cancel game accounts, game data or other game-related information; and/or
  6. (6) Restrict or prohibit you from entering certain scenes in the game or using specific game features; and/or
  7. (7) Forcing you to exit the game (i.e., "kick out of the game"), including but not limited to forcibly exiting the entire game, or a single game in the game, or other game behaviors you are currently engaged in; and/or.
  8. (8) Temporarily or permanently prohibit your game account from logging into Photon Fox games (hereinafter referred to as "account blocking"); and/or
  9. (9) Temporarily or permanently prohibit the specific terminal involved in your illegal and irregular behavior (including but not limited to PC terminals, mobile terminals, etc.) from logging into Photon Fox games; and/or
  10. (10) Suspend or terminate your use of Photon Fox games and related services, or unilaterally notify you to terminate this agreement; and/or
  11. (11) Initiate corresponding civil litigation for your illegal and irregular behavior, pursue your infringement, breach of contract or other civil liability, and require you to compensate Photon Fox for the losses suffered due to your illegal and irregular behavior (including the direct economic losses, reputation or goodwill losses suffered by Photon Fox, and the compensation, settlement fees, legal fees, litigation fees and other indirect losses paid by Photon Fox), or transfer it to the relevant administrative authorities for administrative penalties, or transfer it to the judicial authorities to pursue your criminal responsibility; and/or
  12. (12) Other measures announced by Photon Fox through game rules (including but not limited to user rules, player regulations, game announcements, prompts, and notifications).
  You acknowledge and agree that due to the covert or disappear-after-use characteristics of cheating hardware such as plug-ins and game synchronizers, Photon Fox has the right to judge whether you are using illegal plug-ins or game synchronizers and other cheating hardware based on your abnormal game data and performance.
6. 5.6 You acknowledge and agree that if Photon Fox takes account blocking measures against your game account in accordance with this agreement, the specific account blocking period will be determined by Photon Fox based on the severity of your violation.
  
  You acknowledge and agree that: (1) during the account blocking period, the game virtual items and other value-added services in your game account will not be available; (2) if the aforementioned game virtual items and other value-added services have a certain validity period, this validity period may expire during the account blocking period, and after your game account is unblocked, you will not be able to use such expired game virtual items and other value-added services.
Ⅵ.【Intellectual Property】】
1. 6.1 Photon Fox is the intellectual property rights holder of Photon Fox Game. All intellectual property rights and other legal interests of Photon Fox Game (including but not limited to the entirety of the Photon Fox Game, all art, music, literary works and other elements contained in the game, components, as well as the continuously dynamic screen presented by the operation of Photon Fox Game), such as copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and all information content related to the Photon Fox Game (including text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, related data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant international treaties. Photon Fox owns these intellectual property rights and legal interests, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders should enjoy according to the law. Without the prior written consent of Photon Fox, you may not use the Photon Fox Game (including but not limited to the entirety of Photon Fox Game, all art, music, literary works and other game elements, components, as well as the continuously dynamic screen presented by the operation of Photon Fox Game) for commercial use or disseminate the content of Photon Fox Game via information networks.
2. 6.2 If there is a platform function or service in Photon Fox Game that allows you to create, produce or upload relevant content by yourself (hereinafter referred to as "UGC platform"), for the content that you create, produce, upload or publish using the UGC platform (hereinafter referred to as "UGC content"), you should ensure that it is legal and does not infringe on the legal rights of others, and should comply with the relevant rules posted by Photon Fox on the UGC platform (hereinafter referred to as "UGC platform rules"), and you agree:
  1. (1) If the UGC content contains the content of the Photon Fox Game (including but not limited to the entirety of Photon Fox Game, all art, music, literary works and other game elements, components, as well as the continuously dynamic screen presented by the operation of Photon Fox Game) and/or other content of which Photon Fox Company holds the intellectual property rights, then you need written consent from Photon Fox Company to use the UGC content for commercial purposes, and comply with the corresponding UGC platform rules.
  2. (2) For the UGC content, you agree to irrevocably authorize Photon Fox to use the UGC content in any way (the aforementioned "use" includes but is not limited to copying, distributing, renting, exhibiting, performing, broadcasting, modifying, adapting, disseminating through information networks and other ways of using it, includes both commercial and non-commercial uses, both inside and outside the game, and includes both inside and outside the UGC platform. For convenience, the rights to the aforementioned uses are collectively referred to as "usage rights"), and authorize Photon Fox to sublicense or sub-license the aforementioned usage rights to third parties. You promise that such use by Photon Fox will not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights and other legal interests.
  3. (3) For the UGC content, you may only display or use the UGC content in the Photon Fox Game and other platforms approved by Photon Fox, and may not disseminate it on other platforms without the permission of Photon Fox, nor may you authorize third parties to do so, nor may you authorize third parties to engage in any publishing, commercial profit-making, secondary derivative and other uses. If violated, Photon Fox reserves the right to pursue legal actions.
  4. (4) For the UGC content, you irrevocably authorize Photon Fox to defend the rights of the UGC content in its own name or by entrusting a professional third party against the infringement of the legal rights and interests of the UGC content. The forms of rights defense include but are not limited to: monitoring infringement activities, sending rights defense letters, initiating lawsuits or arbitration, mediation, settlement, etc. Photon Fox has the right to make decisions on rights defense matters and implement them independently.
  5. (5) If, according to copyright law and other laws, you enjoy the author's personal rights of the UGC content such as the right of publication, the right of authorship, the right of modification, and the right to protect the integrity of the work, you agree that Photon Fox can decide whether and how to sign for you according to the specific use of the UGC or the use scene, and you will not claim the right of publication, the right of authorship, the right of modification, and the right to protect the integrity of the work from Photon Fox based on the use of UGC content as agreed in this agreement.
3. 6.3 The ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data generated by you in the use of Photon Fox game services belong to Photon Fox. Photon Fox has the right to save and dispose of the game data, but if there are other provisions in national laws and regulations, such provisions shall prevail.
  
  Photon Fox has the legal property rights and interests of the relevant data products and services formed by its lawful processing of game data.
4. 6.4 Photon Fox Game may involve third-party intellectual property rights. If such third parties have requirements for your use of such intellectual property rights in Photon Fox Game based on this agreement, Photon Fox will inform you of the requirements in an appropriate manner, and you should comply with them.
VII. Compliance with Local Legal Regulations
1. 7.1 You should comply with the relevant local laws and regulations when using Photon Fox game services, and respect local morals and customs. If your behavior violates local laws, regulations, or morals and customs, you should bear the responsibility independently.
2. 7.2 You should avoid involving Photon Fox in political and public events due to the use of Photon Fox game services, otherwise Photon Fox has the right to suspend or terminate the service to you.
VIII. Others
1. 8.1 Photon Fox has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant pages of Photon Fox Game. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use Photon Fox game services, it is considered that you have accepted the changed agreement.
2. 8.2 Photon Fox reminds you: resist bad games, refuse pirated games; pay attention to self-protection, beware of being deceived; moderate gaming benefits the brain, addiction to games hurts the body; arrange time reasonably, enjoy a healthy life.
